If a student misses a portion of class, can I give them makeup training?

If the student completed at least 50% of the original class, they are eligible to receive makeup training. Makeup training must be completed within six (6) months of the start of the initial training course. Makeup training classes consisting of fewer than three (3) students are permitted.
