NOTE: A bachelor or higher college degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Industrial Hygiene from an accredited college or university, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification may be substituted for two years of experience. A degree or certification is not a requirement.

NOTE: A bachelor or higher college degree in occupational safety and health or industrial hygiene from an accredited college or university, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Certified Marine Chemist (CMC) certification may be substituted for two years of experience. A degree or certification is not a requirement.
