Live, Video-Based Classes via Zoom

Due to the current COVID-19 health crisis, we have been granted permission by OSHA to include certain OSHA numbered classes in our current pilot study using a live, online video-based delivery system.

Participation Requirements:

1. The class will be conducted using ZOOM. In order to participate, you must have:
   • Broadband internet connection
   • Desktop or laptop computer or a tablet, microphone and webcam. Test your internet connection in advance at https://zoom.us/test.
2. Attendance in the entire class – all session(s) – is required for successful completion.

Course Materials:

Student materials will be sent electronically unless otherwise requested at least 5 days prior to start date – to allow for ground shipping.

Access:

A private ZOOM invitation with personal access codes will be emailed to you in advance of the class start date.

IMPORTANT: The OSHA numbered classes are only available to participants located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, Guam or American Samoa. No transfers or refunds fewer than 10 days prior to class.
