Pacific Coast Safety Fest 2017 is a free training event sponsored by OSHA and hosted by Region IX OSHA Training Institute Education Centers, including the OSHA Training Center at Chabot-Las Positas Community College District. The Safety Fest takes place the week of March 6-10, 2017, in California, Nevada and Arizona.
All training classes at Pacific Coast Safety Fest 2017 are offered FREE of charge in order to provide equal opportunity for all to participate. Highly experienced instructors from all Region IX OTI Education Centers, Cal/OSHA and other OSHA grantees and partners, are volunteering their time, and attendees will receive credit for authorized OSHA Education Center classes and a certificate of attendance for all completed classes.

- OSHA 7500 – Introduction to Safety and Health Management
- OSHA 7205 – Health Hazard Awareness
- OSHA 7405 – Fall Hazard Awareness for the Construction Industry
- OSHA 10-Hr Outreach Training for General Industry
- OSHA 10-Hr Outreach Training for the Construction Industry
