How much time do I need to commit?

What happens if I violate the Code of Conduct?
We use a 3-strike policy: Strike 1 is a friendly reminder, Strike 2 pauses your participation, and Strike 3 results in removal. We want to maintain a respectful, professional community focused on safety excellence.
How long does the application review take?
Most applications are reviewed within 5-7 business days. We use our Assessment Rubric to evaluate professional credibility, communication skills, alignment with safety values, and growth potential. You'll receive detailed feedback regardless of the outcome.
