Michael Sa has over 26 years of safety and occupational health experience.
In addition to being an authorized OSHA instructor, Michael has taught 10/30 hour Construction and Electrical safety courses at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) as well as contracted safety trainings throughout California. As a Construction Manager and acting Group Leader for the LLNL’s Plant Engineering Department, Michael manages safety standards and regulations for LLNL subcontracted projects. Michael has worked on projects including HVAC Equipment and Controls replacement, Motor Control Center Replacement, Building Additions, Field Electrical Authority Jurisdiction, Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E training and Lock out-Tag out), Construction Management and Inspection, and many more.
Michael graduated from Fremont/Newark (Ohlone) Community College with an AA in Liberal Arts and Drafting Technology. Additional accomplishments include: ICC Certified Commercial Electrical Inspector, Authorized OSHA instructor, Competent Person Training for Underground and Excavation (NCUA), and is a Subject Matter Expert in the Construction and Electrical fields.
